Sick Goku doesn't have to be above Yardrat. AT had forgotten Tien had seen SSJ before. But, even if we take both Tien's
reactions into consideration, the first time, he was talking about just his standing/non fighting power. In other words...

In Viz, Piccolo said ''this is nothing'' when he compared Sick Goku to Healthy Goku, so i give them a huge gap, at least 1.5x

That might change things. I've never really been sure about sick Goku since Ten acts like he's never seen Super Saiyan before. I don't see why sick Goku needs to be stronger than his Yardrat self, he certainly could be. I wish I had my manga in front of me.
