The Autistic spectrum is pretty wide, so it's impossible to say. Maybe if they're of the high functioning Aspergers variety and have a focus on political and sociological knowledge, but otherwise most would just end up abusing power moreso than regular politicians.

I'm Gaslighted into saying Kenshi is the winner. Mystic comes close due to his edits though.
If including those who are unintentionally funny, then :autism if including banned members.

Oskar von Reuentahl from Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Hell most of the cast from the series in general deserve a mention.

I've watched two episodes so far. The premise of the series look good so far.

I remember that you gave a 10/10 to Tsubaki from One Punch Man in the "rate the above anime chick" thread. Is there any other character that come close to you ?

EDIT: Sorry, Fubuki :troll

That was Fubuki :CC

Fujiko Mine from Lupin III, depending on the adaptation (mainly the versions featured in The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, Lupin III 2015 and the recent Goemon Ishikawa XIII movie). Also most of the girls in Uchu Senkan Yamato 2199.

I remember having rated one of them at 9.5/10, which is the highest rate I've given. Kaoru Niimi, right ?

What do you think about Uchu Senkan Yamato, for that matter ?

Will mainly be talking about the 2199 remake here.
Yamato is a decent series as far as general action and rule of cool goes, as a space opera about a WWII battleship in space fighting against Blue space Nazis can't help but be entertaining. The journey feels worth it and the cast, whilst not the most developed, are still worthwhile for being consistent and each stay relevant to the plot in their own way. The plot devices in it can seem very cheap and dated, such as it having an abudance of willpower and love based PIS towards the end for a happy ending, though is forgivable if treating it as it is, a simple yet effective cool action packed space opera. It at least isn't nearly as bad as the PIS of most modern anime, anyway.
Uchu Senkan Yamato 2199 also gains extra extra points for being perhaps the only anime reboot to be a better work than the original (not counting manga faithful re-adaptations like FMA:B or HxH 2011). This is mainly due to it's world building and difference in tone, as whilst the original had more stakes due to there only being 1 life-sustainable planet left and both sides having equal reasoning for gaining Iscandar's alliance, it failed as soon as a 2nd series happened, with dozens of hospitable planets suddenly being asspulled out of nowhere. 2199 fixes this by having a few hospitable Planets still within capability of inhabiting and the plot focusing more on the moral aspect of humanity's treatment of the Earth and making the 2nd series and Yamato 2 equivalent, Ai no Senshi Tachi, seem far more fitting to it's continuity and not just milking like the original. The female cast are a lot more interesting in this version, since in the original, there were practically only two women and Yuki was the only one with much personality. The remake introduces many more such as Kaoru, Melda and Akira, all of which have clear personalities, goals and character arcs. Whilst looking like perfect waifus, these girls are given the plot relevance to make them also likeable as characters. Hell, the fanservice through the skimpy uniforms, camera angles and 1 single minute long bath scene is far more subtle than most anime these days and far less deviant.
Haven't watched Ai no Senshi Tachi yet since I'm waiting for more episodes to come out, but I have high hopes for it, or at the very least being better than the rest of the anime of 2017.

Lupin III is an enjoyable series, but quality fluctuates depending on the adaptation. The first series succeeded in having a gritty tone until Miyazaki came on board as director and made it more family friendly, though it did result in some positives such as Fujiko having more characterisation than fanservice. The series as a whole can be considered a mix between gritty crime drama and saturday morning cartoon, with the tone being fairly inconsistent depending on the series. For instance, the heists in the 2nd series (The Red Jacket series) often go past the border of absurdity, such as Lupin stealing the Christ the Redeemer statue by lifting it up with many, many balloons. All the movies tend to be fun rides. However, the series primary flaw is that there aren't many stakes due to it's decade spanning history of having similar story lines in which we know the 5 main characters will always survive, though many of the series are still worth viewing if you want to just watch a fun action/comedy. The music is constantly good, often being very jazzy and the opening of all series from Part 2 and onwards (other than the Fujiko one) being one of the most catchy openings in anime history. I feel that Cowboy Bebop was heavily inspired by Lupin in many ways, such as the lineup of the main characters being somewhat comparable (Lupin = Spike, Jigen = Jet, Fujiko = Faye, etc.), though I'd place Bebop as a superior series. Similarly, Lupin shares it's problem of being far more style than substance, so you can't walk into it expecting a masterpiece. The art style of the more recent series is also constantly interesting, often being very gritty or sharing influences from French illustrative art styles. The series I would recommend would be...

Lupin III Part 1 (1971 aka The Green Jacket series) - Acts as a good introduction to the main characters with most entertaining plotlines.
Castle of Cagliostro movie (1979) - Decent and entertaining action-adventure film. One of Miyazaki's best works.
The Woman Called Fujiko Mine (2012) - Acts as a decent prequel to other events and a good insight into Fujiko's character, though the finale seems to have to much of an obvious leaning towards feminist ideologies. Great, unique art style as well, reminiscent of the kind of sketches popular in France during the mid to late 20th Century.
Lupin III (2015 aka The Blue Jacket series) - Takes a few plot lines from older series and improves on them and is the only series apart from the Fujiko one to have an ongoing story arc.

Overall score for the franchise - 5.5/10

You told me that Scar, Greed and King Bradley were the best characters in FMA. What would be your top ten ?

To be fair, the characters of FMA general are very entertaining.

But I'm curious: who is your favorite villain in Anime ?

Definitely Meruem from Hunter X Hunter due to his development as a character being handled perfectly. Griffith from Berserk is close as well due to his excellent character writing and how far he pushed the bar for the series, as well as Raoh from Hokuto no Ken by how off the charts his badass factor is.

What do you think of Sanji from One Piece as a character?

And what about Doflamingo as a villain?

Sanji is entertaining due to his obsession with women, though considering he hasn't really developed as a character since the early arcs and needed someone else to resolve his character arc in the current arc, I can't really call him well written or handled, especially when Part 2 made him a complete jobber.

And what about Doflamingo as a villain?
Doflamingo, whilst having his good qualities such as his loyalty and admiration of his crew, is just the poor man's Crocodile. Him just taking Dressrosa by force was far less interesting than Crocodile crafting an intricate plan to take Alabasta. He still holds up as his own character, such as his acceptance that he isn't the catalyst of the new age or his might makes right view of justice being logical, but he's at best top 5 in terms of OP villains, and I wouldn't say he's anywhere close to one of anime/manga's greatest villains.
