Pretty much impossible for me to rank a top ten, given how many factors I'd need to take in there, plus I'd probably forget a select few worth adding.

The last part of episode 82 of Legend of the Galactic Heroes, which I won't spoil due to it being an amazing twist in the flow of it's narrative due to the unexpected nature of it and the importance it held to the series' plot and cast.

I see. What was the scene that made you the saddest (ignoring bad writing reasons) ?

Probably the same scene tbh due to the permanent changes it meant for the series. That or a select few of the character deaths in LotGH due to how well written it's cast was.
If I had to pick another one, perhaps Meruem and Komugi's death in the anime due to the build up towards it and the good directing behind it with both the painting-esque art and the music prior to it making it a wonderfully crafted scene. It also allowed me to have mixed thoughts on it, as despite feeling that the two had only started their journey together, it felt like a necessary end to their character arcs. If including manga, then some of scenes from Real are contenders as well due to how the characters' situations really allow you to feel a lot of empathy towards most of them. Not many other series I can think of, at least not ones that'd make me sad at all now, other than Part 4 JoJo's ending purely because where's the Part 5 anime?!

Honestly never been scared when watching an anime. As far as ones in which I was scared for the character's sake due to my investment with them, probably another one of the tense scenes of LotGH (mainly seasons 3 and 4) or the last episode in general of Welcome to the NHK.

Despite my previous comments on Gintama's humour getting overrated, some of the more random, unexpected jokes, such as the ending of the arc where Gintoki had a harem. There's also the scene from one of the early episodes of GTO when Onizuka sees the edited picture of him being gay with Uchiyamada.

Including hilarious dubs, practically everything from the dub of Ghost Stories takes the cake due to it being closer to an official abridged dub, and purposefully so.

Which gratuitous spin offs do you find more distasteful, the GTO spinoffs or the Kenshin spinoffs?

Haven't read either beyond the first chapter of the Hokkaido Arc of Kenshin, but I'll say Kenshin due to ones such as the movie where Kenshin dies completely tarnishing the spirit of the original manga, to the point Watsuki even panned it as being :trash

Do you think there'll ever be huge Shōnen titles like DragonBall and One-Piece? I think not. Sales seem to go down from what I heard and everyone is pirating these days and can get leaks and such before there's even anything officially released. Also companies maybe revealing things via social-media (like Twitter).

Possibly in terms of sales and hype, considering Naruto's sales skyrocketed into rivalling DB's with the sales of the manga's last arc, though it's doubtful the sales of these two will be surpassed with Japan's population being far lower than in the 90s. I could see Hunter X Hunter being a contender if by some miracle, Togashi starts to work consistently and finishes the series. In terms of quality though, they won't be (not counting Hunter X Hunter), considering the shit that passes as popular Shonen these days make even the Cell/Boo Arcs seem like masterpieces.
