Do you think Miura could ever get back up to his previous level, or do you think age and fatigue from serializing Berserk for so long (along with shifting to use of tablets and CG, apparently) has permanently lowered the quality of his work? It's worth noting that his art in the Black Swordsman and Golden Age arcs was nowhere near the godly level it was in Conviction and the Millennium Falcon arcs after all.

The difference with his art quality during early Berserk and post-Eclipse can be attributed to him honing his craft in the manner that all mangaka do over time. I wouldn't say health factors would have impacted it tremendously, considering even the likes of Togashit can occasionally produce stuff far beyond his norm when bothering to put in the effort, so I'd probably attribute the switch to more digital methods as the main cause of the lowered quality; though Miura still shows himself more than capable of drawing top tier backgrounds. I'd say he could probably switch back to his old style and quality if he either lessened his reliance on digital methods or got a new editor to advise him on this.

As someone who's played the game a fair bit, it does get pretty repetitive fast. Without that experience, it's a decent track, but most of the stage themes are better.

On the subject of osts, I'd also rectify my previous answer about the Pirate Warriors 4 ost from a few pages back. I'd say the best track in that game would be "Agony" (the track that plays in story mode on the stage where you fight Sanji as Luffy and Nami).

When I lose enough brain cells or things to do to make power scaling those inconsistent films worthwhile. :alex2

It's not that bad when you'll have to choose between them and Super :ladd

Though you'd be scaling Super either way since the first two arcs are just Movies 14 and 15 after the movie reels were used as toilet paper :umad

Who do you prefer as Kenshin's rival between Aoshi, Saito and Shishio? I'd have included Enishi, but he's introduced too late in the series and feels more like Kenshin's past coming back to haunt him rather than a rivaling adversary.

In terms of a rival, Aoshi probably works the best as his comradery with the Oniwabanshu give him a sympathetic link that mirrors Kenshin's current state with him going down a dark path for his own choices creating a reason to have Kenshin save him from himself. The relationship between Kenshin and Shishio is the strongest and most poignant with how Shishio represents what Kenshin could become if he let his Battousai side consume him, but it seems a bit inaccurate to call him a rival when they aren't aiming for similar goals, with it being more accurate to label Shishio as the best at being an antagonist/dark reflection.

Yeah, I also feel Aoshi is the most suited for being Kenshin's rival (incidentally, Aoshi was the first opponent Kenshin dueled twice in the series since Saito's duels with Kenshin have been all off-screen except the one in the dojo). It's also worth noting that both Aoshi and Shishio follow similar paths to Kenshin in different ways, like how Aoshi's goal is to become the strongest to defend his deceased comrades' honor while Kenshin seeks strength to protect the ones he loves from death, and both Shishio and Kenshin have killed their lovers, for different reasons. Saito, meanwhile, mainly served his role as a former enemy of Kenshin's who taught him that he needs to regain his former strength and was little more than that other than having a sharp tongue.

That's a question I could only give a definitive answer for if I watched it, and I'd rather watch (and drink) Bleach. :manabu

All I can say is whichever one had the Avatar Wan Arc is the worst and Season 1 is a heavy contender too. Beyond that, they all seem like the same type of shit.

Why do you think it is that Toei fapped even SSJ/2 Goku to be far above SSJ3 Gotenks in the Boo arc, yet later implied that GT SSJ3 Gotenks >>> SSJ3 GT Galu? Are they fine with Gotenks being above Galu in equal forms as long as Galu still remains top dog with SSJ4? :ladd

Fantastische Hure It's one of the better tracks from the YGO anime. Not quite as good as Passionate Duelist or the track that plays during the "DORO! MONSUTA KAADO!" scene, but still amongst the top tier.

Kenshi Probably since SS3 was no longer Galu's peak and they couldn't have him use SS3 for an extended period in the inside Boo filler without contradicting the Pure Boo fight. SS3 had already been sidelined to being pointless in GT, so even if Toei wanted Galu to be above the rest, they could give Gotenks this minor victory.

What about this theme? I think it's one of the better themes in YGO alongside Passionate Duelist, Bond of Friendship, Fang of Critias and Anger of the Gods.

That's an excellent piece of music, in some ways akin to an alternative Passionate Duelist. Shame it was wasted on some like Gozaburo. :alex2

Well, you gotta admit it made Yugi defeating Kaiba pretty badass-sounding in the anime when they used it just before Passionate Duelists. One of the reasons why I prefer the DM anime over the "Duelist" portion of the manga. (Not that they're not both mediocre as far as storytelling goes.)
