I know there's no definitive way to answer this, but is Base Vegetto > SSB Goku/Vegeta?

In the manga it's suggested, because Merged Zamasu seems to take him as more of a threat even before he transforms, and there's a character further down the line who can beat the shit out of SSJG Galu (albeit low stamina) in just base form despite her two halves at best being equal to Galu form by form.

About to start the Future Trunks arc.

Has a very beautiful ending.

And I also visually liked the Genki-Dama Sword Trunks vs Zamas ending.

It was one of the biggest asspulls of DBS

You could say that for all of the anime and I was saying visually as in how it looked, not the sense it made. Actually was almost somewhat comparable to the epic beam-struggles.

Merged Zamasu being weak enough that SSJB characters can actually put up a fight (though MZ was mostly toying around) makes far more sense, since one of the fusees, Future Zamasu, is only SSJ2-tier (which is to say FAR weaker than Black).

The power boost from CSSJB is still retarded, though.

But GB himself was very high so it only makes sense that the fusion would end-up being way above either Goku or Vegeta. On-top of that it's basically two Zamas fusing, so maybe that's another thing to consider.
