Skypeia: A microcosm of the OP story

Not my original idea but thought it was worth sharing. Skypeia represents the narrative of the One Piece world involving people believing themselves to be gods, division between two groups of the same race going into war, and there ending up being a unification of all groups of people by Luffy which is synonymous with Joyboy.

Luffy is part of the D clan which are considered the enemies of Gods, and in this arc he defeats a person believing himself to be a God. Very similar to the behavior of the Celestial Dragons, and possibly Enel might represent Im-sama himself.

There arc also foreshadowed Sun God Nika in this arc with the silhouette being identical to Luffy's

There is quite a bit more to this but I'm not the one who came up with this and just gave a tldr of some videos I watched.

Jaya represents one of OP's themes as well... casting doubt and shame at those who mock the goals of others (Bellamy) and showing that there're no boundaries to ppl's dreams... and that pursuing them is as noble as it comes.
