Does that make Base Goku on par or stronger than his SSjin form from Namek in his natural state? If not then do you have any explanation of this contradiction?

We've been through this so many times. Cooler knew Freeza was not walking around at 100% and that he needed
some time to access it. Either accept that as a logical explanation or go with M5 Base Goku>=SSJ Namek Goku.

Now that Base Goku haX argument is done, then where would you put him to the original story power scaling? As strong as Yadrat Goku?

About equal to Yardrat Goku at the start of the movie, seeing as how a fair amount of time likely passed since he defeated Freeza. About 20% stronger than him after his Zenkai imo.
