Freeza at the height of his empire would probably pretend nothing ever happened to him. He doesn't really need to lift a finger as he has Zarbon and Dodoria to do all his dirty work for him, but if somehow someone ever found out (like if he got hurt by a rock falling on his head or something as mundane as that) a rebellion could ensue.
