Gohan could easily defeat them both at the same-time. They are too low to be relevant to him.

I don't think they did by a-lot. They just perfected the dance-technique & even if they gained a bit, it would have been a good increase for Gotenks. Piccolo himself said so, I think.

SSJ Goten (pre Rosat) was already pretty close to SSJ teen Gohan. I think he improved for quite a bit in the Rosat, reaching pre Majin Vegeta's level on my book. So he would still be at a disadvantage in power and skills against kid Gohan, so the latter would win without too much problems, though I think Goten could fight fairly well.
SSJ Goten and Trunks fighting together would defeat kid Gohan, though, since Zarbon and Dodoria fighting together could definitely defeat 24k Vegeta.
My made up numbers:
FPSSJ Goten (pre Rosat) : 68,000,000,000
FPSSJ Trunks (pre Rosat) : 70,000,000,000
FPSSJ Goten (post Rosat) : 81,000,000,000
FPSSJ Trunks (post Rosat) : 81,000,000,000
FPSSJ kid Gohan : 90,000,000,000

Super Saiyan Kids being incapable of gaining the upper-hand, or tanking her. They are severely over-rated.
Goten was completely blown away by Gohan. Whereas he believed he could beat Trunks. The three are all in different sets of powers.
Trunks viewed Vegeta as the same, and he was. Otherwise, Vegeta would have suggested he train with him.

They can't gain upper-hand in a costume, in which they can't move.It's the same scenario as with Buff Trunks.
Look at what happens, when they have to dodge a single disk.
Goten wasn't completely blown away by Gohan, he pushed him back in their session.
Likewise, Trunks managed to land a hit on Vegeta.
They view them as their superiors, that doesn't make them drastically weaker than them.

It affects their mobility, not their durability. Imperfect Cell would have no trouble doing the same thing to her that he did to Piccolo.
