Mobility relates to durability or otherwise Future Trunks would just stand there and tank Cell's hits until he wears out or brings out more power.

He wasn't blown away, he was just impressed by his brother blocking all his hits like a little hyper kid would be.
If that were the case, he would increase his speed once he dodged Trunks' first punch.The fact, that he was gritting teeth and sweating, proves he wasn't holding back.

Mobility does not relate to durability. Imperfect Cell only had to stand in one place to tank Piccolo, he did not move. The two do not go hand in hand.

He was blown away by his brother.

He was holding back. Piccolo was implied on two separate occasions to be stronger than either of them.

He was walking towards Piccolo and had his ki adjusted for the blast.
The kids were clumsy in the costume.

He wasn't blown away, he was just impressed Gohan could block all of his hits, which doesn't even require for him to be stronger than Goten.
He wasn't, he had aura on, sweating and gritting teeth, all signs of full power.Trunks even took his reflex punch well.
Piccolo was never implied to be stronger than them at all.

Semi-Perfect Cell was capable of tanking Android 16 without moving.

Freeza was capable of tanking Nail without moving.

Perfect Cell was capable of tanking Vegeta SSjG2 without moving.

Mobility has nothing to do with durability. Google definition:

These are two different things. The kids, even as Super Saiyans are not mobile enough to blits Android 18, nor are they durable enough to replicate the feats above.

Everything else from Gohans sparring matches with Goten to Trunks taking Vegeta off-guard are completely self explanatory.

Because if they were to move in that costume, they would rip it up and blow their cover.
That is shown when they tried to dodge a kienzan from 18.They are not mobile enough IN THE COSTUME.

As to why they couldn't tank here hits, well, why couldn't Trunks tank Imperfect Cell's punch and or Goku Tenshinhan's moves?Same case here.

The training sessions aren't self-explanatory, that is just you making up stuff to nerf the kids.

They were able to fight all out while in their base transformation, so they can clearly go all out as Super Saiyans as well, but they weren't powerful enough than to either: a) Tank all her attacks effortlessly, like a dozen other depicted gaps have shown us or b) Speed blitz her or physically overwhelm her. The limitations of the suit can be reasonably argued to have been to restrictive, but it still does not invalidate their speed, durability, et cetera.

They are simply not implied to be so powerful, everything else can be reasonably debunked.

Except Trunks makes it clear, that at full power, they will kill her.

Mobility does affect durablity(as shown when weights lowered Goku's and Piccolo's power) and they couldn't even move in that suit once they transformed, because they would rip it up.
