SSJ Gr2 boost

[SSJ2]

What do you have it as? I'm starting to see it be a minimum 2x boost over SSJ. Super Saiyan Vegeta should be around initial Semi Cell, but then he transforms and is able to toy with initial Cell. Cell then powers up, which Vegeta says was still impressive, yet it just wasn't enough. I don't see an "impressive" power up being able to work with anything much lower than a 2x boost. Not to mention Vegeta is at a level where he can't even take damage from Cell, and can tank his punch to an extent.

I use x1.5, that seems to work the best imo. While I use x2 for Super Saiyan Grade 3. I think that Future Trunks's statement supports that Grade 3 and SS2 have the same boost. He said something along the lines of, "He gained power without losing any speed!" Suggesting that Gohan had gained the same level of strength as Grade 3 but suffered no speed penalties.

It's from the Japanese anime, but not the manga. Then again, considering DBS seemed to imply that SSJ 3rd Grade had more raw power than SS2 during Trunks VS SSB Vegeta, it could be taken into account. Either that, or Trunks was just stacking it on top of SS2.

As for the topic, I'd say 1.5x. That's easily enough for the chain of Super Vegeta >> FP 2nd form Cell >> Initial 2nd form Cell to work, when considering how little of a gap was needed for oneshotting during the Namek Arc.

Viz is what I read and that's where I believe that I read it. All my DBZ mangas are at home so I can't really check, but let me know if you find anything.

I have a 1.75x boost for SSj Grade 2.

Full Power Semi Cell : 2,500,000,000
Vegeta SSJG2 : 3,300,000,000

There need to be a great difference between Vegeta SSJG2 and Semi Cell, since according to 16 Cell got a lot stronger, but was still inferior to Vegeta at everything.

Cell's power up is impressive but still below vegeta.The gap is not all that big because cell was able to make vegeta's lip bleed

Bleeding shouldn't be taken seriously. It just made Vegeta more badass that's all.
