Ssj Kefla vs Jiren (who one shotted Hit)

Yeah I'm talking about the Jiren who one shotted Hit (not full power), against Kefla.

I go with Kefla because according to Vados, she stated that she's the strongest on the battle field despite seeing Jiren one shotting Hit:

Most likely Kefla based on Vados' statement. Considering she implies Kefla's raw power isn't much greater than Kale's though, who is likely PSSB tier at best, it may just be she believed skill would be a deciding factor and that Jiren may expend some stamina fighting Goku beforehand. I'll probably wait until seeing how Gohan VS Kefla plays out in the next chapter before forming a solid opinion on the matter.

Caulifla's power did play in here, but it barely was a factor due to how insignificant she was in comparison to a full power Kale, which is why Vados only factored her sense of battle rather than power. But then, I don't believe technique has to do with anything though, so yeah overall I agree with you. Do you believe Gohan (if he fights equally with Kefla) is superior to... say 2 Merged Zamasus?

No. I see no reason for Goku/Vegeta to make any major gains by the time of the ToP and it was somewhat implied Kale was still inferior to them and True Golden Freeza, and Kefla need not be far stronger than those of PSSB tier. Gohan would definitely be superior to Merged Zamasu though.

Kale basically overpowered MSsjB Goku, and that was before she even reached her limit. Kefla factors in Kale's full power (which threw Toppo and MSsjB Vegeta aside despite both of them being ready for combat, which means they weren't caught off guard) and Caulifla's power and usually Fusions result in far stronger characters than the previous characters by far. So logically, Kale would be superior to Merged Zamasu, and therefore Kefla logically would be more than 2x Kale who's > Merged Zamasu

Considering nobody refuted Freeza's claim he could defeat Kale if he concentrated and both Goku and Vegeta had far from a tense expression, I have doubts on Kale fully being on their level, though she'd be closer to PSSB tier than SSB tier. Toppo and Vegeta were already engrossed in their own battle at the time, so it was off-guard regardless of their defences.
As for Kefla, the part talking about her having Kale's strength rather than saying "strength far above Kale" would have me believe the power boost isn't as great as with prior fusions.
