I give this to Vegeta, the only thing about Dabura that worried him was his spit. I put Dabura on the same level as CG Goku, while I put Pre-Majin Vegeta a hair above CG Gohan, so Vegeta takes with mid-difficulty at best imo.

Well Dabura assumed that SSjin Majin Vegeta can do a better job than him against the Z fighters. Which could implies that Vegeta > Dabura?

If Dabura couldn't do any perceivable damage to a rusty Gohan, I don't think he can beat the stronger/superior fighter Vegeta.
