SSjin2 Kid Gohan rivals SSjin2 Majin Vegeta(like a 100/110 kind of gap), so naturally Non-Majin Vegeta is gonna lose this. I think SSJ2 Pre-Majin Vegeta vs. Super Perfect Cell would be a better match, but i'd be inclined to give it to Cell after a very close fight too.

Vegeta surpassed Gohan after his potential was unlocked by Babidi therefore that makes him weaker than Gohan before that. Gohan wins.

When you combine Piccolo & Vegeta's statements about CG Gohan's power, Gohan is indicated to be slightly weaker than Majin Vegeta, who I have a good deal above pre-Majin Vegeta. Gohan's notable power lead and respectable level of skill would give him a solid win over this version of Vegeta imo.

Vegeta still expected Goku's power to be even higher than Gohan's and that seemingly was his motivation to get posessed. He said something like "Impressive. Your power is even greater than Gohan's back then.", seems to imply Vegeta viewed that level of power as higher than him.

While Vegeta didn't know Gohan's ki had decreased so much, he knew Gohan's body had gotten rusty, which would surely boost his confidence at winning.

I'd lower Boo Saga Gohan he was treated like nothing even by Vegeta prior to Majin.

I find the closer you put Vegeta (pre-Madness) to Kid Gohan, the less power you need to take away from Teen Gohan.

Vegeta said that Goku's power is even greater than Gohan's back then, using this latter as a measuring stick. Not only does the great respect Vegeta treats Cell Games Gohan with indicates kid Gohan > pre Majin Vegeta, but Piccolo's line also indicates CG Gohan is also somewhat close to Goku SSJ2 and Majin Vegeta.

I think pre Majin Vegeta would provide a good fight though, since he had confidence in winning the tournament before knowing exactly how much Gohan had weakened, which puts him at least somewhat close to kid Gohan imo. But overall, Gohan wins.
