Limit breaker also came too late imo, should've been used when Vegeta started dodging Jiren's blows inexplicably or just after the Merged Zamasu fight considering Galu's had Kaioken for ages.

Do you think Genki Dama resistance is necessary for initial UI activation? It'd explain why Base Vegeta didn't get UI from getting thrashed by Jiren despite Base Goku reactivating it from the same treatment.

Maybe Vegeta's less suited for UI because as Whis said he prefers beating down his enemies and shit and thinks too much in a fight? Either that or :toei fapping for Galu. We do know Vegeta "broke his shell" to achieve USSJB.
