Basically. Xeno Goku and Vegeta couldn't win against some modified Black Janemba so they borrowed energy from Xeno Pan, SSJG Xeno Trunks, and DBH Blueku and Bluegeta to attain the form. It's pretty much just a crimson tint on top of SSJ4, and even blatantly homaged SSJ4 Gogeta vs. Yi Xing Long from late GT when Yi Xing Long: Xeno appeared and got killed by Limit Breaker Gogetas BBKHH in a recent SDBH episode.
