-Both in the manga (Goku mentions that Uub doesn't know how to control his power), The Legend Of Manga and Daizenshuu 7, it is mentioned that Kid Buu's power is hidden within him. Thanks to Dende's comment in the first chapter of GT, we can know that Uub's training has come to an end, thus controlling his power at 100%. Goku was tied with Uub to be in a double knockout.
