As in a form that's as far above SSB as SS3 is (ie. 8x by Z multipliers, with myself personally going with 4x for Super)? By Super multipliers, I'd say SSBE is more powerful, though SSB3 would be if using Z multipliers.

Manga - Probably about 5x

In the Anime it should exceed 20x due to the momentum Vegeta had against God Toppo.

You mean Vegeta more than increasing his power as SSJBE, increasing his power in all his forms?

I still believe that he only managed to increase his power as an SSJBE, but it is an interesting possibility.

After all at least within the ToP, Goku increased his power in all his forms considering that he happened to be far below Vegeta at the beginning (in equal ways) and at the end both were equal in all their forms.

I think at the time when Goku SSJB faced Kefla SSJ, Goku had an increase in power in all his forms, because they showed Goku in his SSJB form much more powerful than in his SSJG form. I think since then Goku equaled Vegeta in Equal Forms.

I recall the anime director saying SSJBE was like a 2x increase on SSJB at most. I honestly think that SSJBE might just be SSJB2.
