How much higher is it than Perfected Blue? Discounting the anime where it was suffering from invisible Senzu PIS.

Vegeta couldn't transform again once he fell out of it after being hit about 3 times by Jiren (which didn't knock him out of the form). Also, he reverted to base while fighting Moro the first time and didn't show surprise at needing to catch his breath, only to realize at the end of the chapter that he couldn't go SSJ anymore because Moro sucked up his Ki along with the planet's (which he'd have caught onto sooner if it drained minimal Ki like PSSJB does ToP and onwards).

And following his first battle with Moro, Vegeta stops using Evolved Blue altogether until learning Spirit Fission and fighting Moro for the last time. It's considerably more draining than PSSJB.

You mean when he was training and when he was KO’d by 73 Moro?

? He only went PSSJB against young Moro twice. Don't think he ever went SSJBE until he returned to Earth

They were already healed up. From my understanding, Vegeta only uses Blue because he would otherwise just overshadow Goku. I don't see a particular reason why he wouldn't use Blue Evolved there.

There wasn't even really a fight scene in the 2 times they both used regular Blue to fight Moro, plus Vegeta used Evolved Blue without hesitation even though since Goku couldn't activate UI in the first battle against Moro, Goku would have his thunder stolen there too.

Plus, Gohan was much stronger than Piccolo when they fought OG73 and they still worked well in unison and Toyotaro/AT let Vegeta outshine Goky prior to the latter unlocking PSSJB and later TUI.

I think until Vegeta trained on Yardrat it was not useful against Moro due to his passive Ki drain ability while PSSJB can remain at full power longer. If SSJBE is only slightly more draining than Blue like SSJ2 is to SSJ it makes no sense for Vegeta to not use it as a superior Blue replacement.

It doesn't make sense any way you spin it. He had no problems using it against Jiren and Moro initially. Against the two of them, the ki drain only became an issue once he got the Galactic Prisoners involved.
