There being no change would make the point of the crown limiting Broly's power meaningless.

So there's such thing as ''Restrained'' Super Saiyan other than Paragus controlling him?

Anyone wearing the same crown as Broly would have their power restricted. Restricted Super Saiyan isn't a different transformation but merely a fan-term for Broly's Super Saiyan form when Paragus is restricting his power.

Nope. Restrict is making Broly weak enough so Paragus can control him. We all saw when he get more powerful, he becomes more difficult to control.

I think it should be obvious SSJin Broly > RSSJin Broly. The headband was created to make him easier to control, seeing Goku made his power start to spike and Paragus had the use that device on his wrist to keep Broly in check until eventually his power went lose and destroyed the thing. By then the remote was becoming less effective.

It's mentioned in D6 if I recall. It's not technically a different form altogether, but it's different enough when it comes to Broly to label it something else to avoid confusion.

According to the Anime Comics Guide, The "purple hair" form is labelled as a regular Ssj form:

In fact, Daizenshuu 6 makes absolutely no distinction between the "Purple haired" Ssj and the Regular Grade 1 Ssj. It even posts the same "Purple Haired" Ssj and describes it like any other Super Saiyan:

So in terms of multipliers (if this post meant this), then yes

Like I said, it's not technically a different transformation, so there wouldn't be a big point to differentiating it in guidebooks. However, it is different in the movie, sort of. Since Broly was fully restrained by Paragus until he lost it when everybody was about to leave, the power Kaio was talking about should be equal to the power Broly showed when fighting Base Goku, which Goku also corroborated with his blatant testimony. Broly was continuing to power-up on the pathway despite Paragus's best efforts, so that was a power even greater than he displayed before, his real Super Saiyan power coming through.

Same power, but he's not going to go all out when restrained.
