Vegeta SSJ2 should be at least a little more powerful than Ultimate Gohan, therefore Vegeta wins.

If we talk about Vegeta SSJ2 (Enraged) I am hesitant to put it on the level of Super # 17 (Peak) or between Goku SSJ4 (Beyond Limits) and Omega Yi Xing Long. It all depends on whether a hypothetical Vegetto (BoG) would have a nerfed SSJ Multiplier or not.

Vegeta SSJ2 (BoG / Movie) I have a little inferior to Gotenks SSJ (Post), therefore Vegeta continues to win very easily.

By the way @Captain Cadaver how powerful do you have Goku Base (Post God) in the BoG and FNF Movies? Are these levels good for you?

Base = 19.2
SSJ = 48

Goku Base (FNF) = 24
SSJB = 75

Do you think it's OK?

FnF Goku is a more debatable aspect when considering the manga for it implied he could utilise SSG's power in base, though that seemed to have been dropped for the film version. I've got no issues with those numbers overall.

Goku when obtaining SSJG comments that he did not imagine that this Dimension of power existed, but is that statement excluding Beerus? And it only means Goku SSJG (Initial) >>>>> Vegeta SSJ2 (Enraged)?

Goku may not have gotten an opportunity to fully gauge Beerus' level there with how easily he beat Vegeta, so I doubt Beerus powered up any more before starting their fight.

In that case, Enraged SS2 Vegeta and SS3 Goku were at least stronger than SS1 Gotenks and a rusty Ultimate Gohan since Vegeta was the only one to cause Beerus any damage and Roshi used SS3 Goku as the measuring stick to how powerful Vegeta became. This means Vegeta's rage boost made him over 4 times stronger.

Assuming Vegeta and Goku are still equal in respective forms, Vegeta probably wins with some difficulty. I will have to make another power level list to be sure though.
