Black because Dyspo will waste his time toying around Black with his speed which gives him an advantage to hit Black and we know that Black gets stronger from pain.

What makes you say that? Black didn't seem to get much stronger after his rage boost, he only had the advantage against Goku and Vegeta because of hax ala regenerating clones.

If Black can't land a hit, Dyspo will eventually wear Black down and defeat him. If Black does land a hit though, it depends how you rank current Galu in the anime, since in terms of raw power, Dyspo seems to be below his SSG form.

The clones are what I am referring to, they were able to keep both Goku and vegeta at bay
