The humans at their peak, Cell Saga, Buu Saga or EoZ. Being movies you can use the movie and anime feats.

And what about with Piccolo added in?

Movie 1 Dead Zone, Movie 2 World's Strongest, Movie 3 I think are easy enough with the humans alone. After that I'm not sure. I guess with anime and movie feats Tien and Krillin are enough to take out Lord Slug. Maybe Cooler is too much. With manga-only, maybe Slug is too much?
