The interviewer is Toyo’s editor, Victory Uchida. This fits with Super Hero, but conflicts with Goku/Vegeta/Granolah being the top 3.

Granolah saga Goku surpassing anime Goku is perfectly fine as the power scales between the two mediums were never intended to be hugely different. All the manga SSJ god absorption deniers can suck it.
