Super 17 Battle Power?

His initial power to the power that he absorbed. Is he stronger than SS4 Goku from baby arc?

Initial Super #17 would probably be around SSJ Goku's level during this arc, seeing as how even after absorbing the Final Shine Attack, he couldn't completely make a joke out of Goku until he absorbed his Ki. He wouldn't reach SS4 Goku's level until he absorbed the 10x Kamehameha, at which point he was strong enough to stomp Goku.

Only after he started getting fully serious and SSJ Goku was still able to put up a decent defence, plus this was after Super #17 had already increased his power by absorbing the Final Shine Attack.

I would still put Initial Super 17 ahead of SSjin Goku.. I don't think the FSA made him that much stronger considering the huge gap he had on everyone

All Goku really did was hit 17 with the punch that sent him flying across the planet, which didn't hurt him and he smiled afterwards. Goku flew through the continuous Flash Bomber and got in another punch to the gut (that 17 actually caught last second), but that's when 17 revealed he could see through all of Goku's moves and physically overpowered him. 17's short melee sequence and ki barrage soon afterward was enough to force Goku to revert to Base.
