I'm still going with Boo. The implied gap is far too massive, and logically, Ultimate Goku should be inferior to Ultimate Gohan, who wasn't a god compared to Boo in the first place.

I'd be surprised if Goku even ended up much stronger than SSJ Gotenks post. Boo stomps.

Goku's potential is nothing compared to Gohan's, or any of the other half-Saiyans for that matter (and even they don't have as much potential as Gohan or so was implied).

Gohan was a lot lower than Gotenks-Boo, who is more than double Super-Boo's power, but most definitely not anywhere near 3x Super-Boo I think and Goku'd need a muuuuu~uuuuuuuuch bigger boost than that to be able to get even close to Super-Boo or Gohan's tier of power.

Gohan wasn't worlds above Super Boo, since the latter more or less doubling (maybe) his power was enough to easily screw Gohan up. Goku's potential must be far less than his son's and I'd like to see it as a 2x+ gap. Super Boo rapes.

I'd say Goku could still become far stronger, seeing 10 years later he could fight on par in base with an opponent implied to be above Good Boo.

Well Gohan went from being lower SSj2 tier to highest SSj3 tier but Goku doesn't have to be anywhere with him.

Well Gohan was already near in Goku's level in their base form, Gohan just needed to turn SSj to trained together. Plus, i remember that Goku wanted to make Gohan stronger than him.

Vegeta > Goku > Trunks prior to Rosat. There's nothing really indicating he was near Goku, since that'd already make him Trunks' level the moment he achieved SSJ. Not really suggested.

Well i don't see any reason why Gohan has to be a lot weaker than Goku in the same form before Rosat since Goku wanted Gohan to get stronger against the Androids so its logical for Gohan to be near at Goku'es level.

Toriyama's depiction of Gohan in the early Rosat really doesn't suggest he was at Trunks' level honestly. He dropped out of SSJ after a few seconds and was nowhere near achieving the grade forms even after progressing pretty fast according to Galu. He then surpassed Goku by a notable amount with the same training. His potential's far greater than his father.
