Super era includes many children. Z era are all older gen Z, millennials, gen x and older. Super era adults are stronger due to being younger didn't play outside so they all have bad eyesight and need echolocation to fight, Z era half of them can see. Z era more of them have kids so are more motivated to kill the enemy. Z era probably includes some heads of state, definitely some politicians, multimillionaire athletes and wealthy businesspeople, so they can buy tanks, chemical and biological weapons, maybe even get a nuke and invite Super to an island to meet a youtuber and then nuke them.

Z era beats them up. I win.

As one-sided as the question sounds, it's not all that far from what DB Heroes tried experimenting with. Space-time meddling entities that like to give out power boosts can throw a wrench in standard powerscaling.
