I think Janemba can defeat whatever level Kid Buu was using against SSJ3 Goku and that it would be a pretty good and entertaining fight, though. Kid Buu seems to be implied to be stronger than SSJ3 Goku when he was using the Genkidama, so I don't know how he could fare against him on that one.
