SSJ2 Vegeta (Pre Majin) = SPC so Vegeta could potentially solo since I believe he's a better fighter than Cell, although Cell does have regen which could prove detrimental. Bottom line, it's an easy victory with Gohan.

Vegeta alone would give Cell trouble since I have Super Perfect Cell, SSJ2 Pre-Majin Vegeta, and SSJ2 Kid Gohan (No Rage Boost) all on the same level more or less, so Vegeta alone MIGHT be able to get the job done provided he doesn't do something stupid but with Gohan backing him up than Cell is definitely done for.

If Vegeta actually works in tandem with Gohan then the duo can pull it off, but it wouldn't be easy.
