Super Saiyan 3 Super Perfect Cell vs The Buu Saga

Treat Super Perfect Cell as a base form saiyan and then stack all the multipliers on top of him, who's the strongest Buu saga character you have him beating?

I'd probably go with him wrecking everyone except maybe some form of Vegito

So a 400x of SPC? That should be enough to solo the entire characters of Boo arc IMO.

With a 400x boost, he oneshots everyone but SSJ Vegetto, and even Vegetto would be stomped if not for the need to fit in GT's scaling of SSJ Vegetto > SS3 Baby Arc Galu.

Cell definitely gets owned by Gotenks post-RoSaT and anyone close to or above.
