Had Broly not been restricted, could he have taken on all of the Z fighters at once? I think so. In his restricted form, he was already stronger than Goku, who in turn was stronger than everyone else. Making him a decent amount stronger than his RSSJ form should give him enough of a lead to tool the Z fighters.

The KHH could be easily dealt with, though. In LSSJ he was cocky enough to tank it. In SSJ he would likely move aside.

I think he'd still survive an IT KHH from Goku, but it would definitely lower his ki substantially.

The Z fighters were garbage in this movie. Broli could have probably dealt with them like that. Maybe not a combined Warp KHH and a Final Flash, but they wouldn't do that anyway.

The way Broli tanked Vegeta's kick left Goku kind of surprised, like that should have done something.

The way they portrayed RSSj Broly, he's > Warming Up Cell IMO.

This implies that as SSj Broly, he'd be close, perhaps rivaling, SSjG3 Trunks. So, yeah, he'd destroy the entire DBZ cast.
