Gohan has a power advantage, but he'll struggle skill-wise. It could go either way, but I'll lean towards Gohan.

Gohan could probably win considering magic Dabra is "way stronger" than Goku thought but it wouldn't be a cakewalk.

This Cell will destroy Gohan easier because of his skills. The only thing why Goku was able to keep up with him is because he's skillful and Cell admit that.

I don't think Goku's skill can completely cover the power gap. It would be a very close fight but I can see Gohan winning through brute force and speed.

 

[Six Trails]

I don't think Gohan could win. He couldn't win against Dabra who is around as strong as this Cell and likely less skilled.

Yeah, Gohan's power wont save him in this fight.

 

[SSJ3 Gothic]

It's a close fight, but I put Boo Saga SSJ Gohan just above Cell Games SSJ Goku. I don't think he ever dropped below his dad there. So he can squeak out a victory here as long as he doesn't do anything dumb and let Cell capitalize on too many mistakes.
