Both from the manga.
Who wins?
Who wins?
So they are boring because they are lower? This is exactly the crowd the anime caters to.xenos5 said:Both Manga Black and Manga Hit are massively nerfed (and much more boring) in comparison to their anime versions. If Manga Hit has the same killing techniques Anime Hit has though, he wins.
Hit also had those abilities in the manga, IIRC.Atem King of Nigs said:Burakku stomps unless Hit can make use of the hax abilities he had in the filler/survival tournament

Goku-Black was written way kewler in the manga. The anime has Masako Nozawa's stand-out performance going for that, which really made Goku-Black creepy but anime just censors too much, too. You never saw Goku-Black beating-up on Trunks the way he did in the beginning of the saga in the manga. Really wanting us to see him get his eventually.xenos5 said:Fantastische Hure said:So they are boring because they are lower? No. They are boring because they are not given well developed personalities and character development in the manga.
Hit's honor is showcased in the anime where he lets Goku get back up as thanks for helping him improve. We don't see that in the manga. He also doesn't talk to Goku after the fight about how they're pawns of the gods showing his disdain for them like in the anime. The manga skips the mini arc where we see Hit doing his job and his honorable method of killing opponents face to face. The mini arc also establishes the difference between Hit the assassin and Hit the martial artist with us seeing him enjoying his fight with Goku and Vados explaining it.
All of that gives more depth and emotional attachment to the character. In the manga he is bland in comparison.
Black in the manga also has none of the saiyan influence on his body that made him interesting in the anime. He whines and has temper tantrums in the manga rather than keeping his cool and actually enjoying his opponents getting stronger.
They are practically different characters with the amount of differences between both versions of these two characters.

The rest is your opinion. How does him keeping his cool and enjoying his opponents getting stronger make him a better character? And it's not like that wasn't in the anime, once he abused the Zenkais.
Where was that said?Yamcha said:Goku said Super Saiyan Vegeta would probably be enough to defeat Hit.
The energy-blade is about the only thing I remember besides the stupid clones.xenos5 said:Fantastische Hure said:Goku-Black was written way kewler in the manga. For most people (myself included) Black was such a savage badass in the anime that he carried the entire arc. He's a better character because he's a more memorable villain and has goals other than just multiversal genocide (him wanting to get more and more powerful due to his body influencing his saiyan body personality).
His moves with his energy blade in the anime were also far more interesting than his moveset in the manga that I can hardly remember.

I don't see it honestly. I doubt Goku's body can somehow influence his personality, l0l. It's just a vessel as was stated multiple times.
Goku's brain is still technically in his body, yeah. But it's obviously either completely manipulated or not used at all by Zamas. Their brains might have been exchanged too. You never know.xenos5 said:Fantastische Hure said:The energy-blade is about the only thing I remember besides the stupid clones.

It's Zamasu's soul but a saiyan BRAIN. I can't really see how that would have no effect on his mind.
I don't think Super-Saiyan was that ahead of Vegeta. He was pushing him back as was stated, but they seemed to be on similar ground with Goku-Black having a clear advantage. Then with Rose, he wins easily.Pyro said:I don't give a damn about this manga-anime comparison!
SSJ Goku Black would stomp Hit effortlessly, killing or not. SSJ Black >> SSJB Vegeta (FT arc) > SSJB Vegeta (U6 arc) >>> Hit ~ SSJG Goku ain't no doubt about it.

Oops, mixed that up a bit. Goku was referring to Vegeta's fight against Cabba, not Hit, my bad.Fantastische Hure said:Where was that said?Yamcha said:Goku said Super Saiyan Vegeta would probably be enough to defeat Hit.
