What is the definition of this transformation anyways? Is it Super Saiyan? Is it Super Saiyan Blue? It it a completely different form? Does it possess godly ki?

I think it's a version of Blue, since Trunks made note of the fact that Black wasn't the least bit surprised to see Blue. If it's Super Saiyan he's already fought Trunks several times in SSJ/2 anyway.

Does Zamasu have godly ki? If so Black must have god ki as well.

Hard to say, Kuririn, Piccolo and Trunks all had no problem detecting Black's ki in the present, but Zamasu might be a real Kaioshin in the future instead of a Kaioshin in training like in the past, so he might.

What if Super Saiyan Rose isn't even a Super Saiyan form to begin with, maybe it's like an imitation of Super Saiyan, like what Cell does when mimicking the Grade forms.

Possible. I think he registered Goku's hidden SSJB power when he copied him after battling him, since he acted like he'd seen SSJB before, then acquired SSJR as a result.

The boost seems be shite by comparison though since his base form is already pretty OP

His SSR is just the same version of SSJB. He already stated that he's power can never reach by a mortal so it's possible that SSR is > SSJB.

I'm pretty sure it's just an imitation of Super Saiyan, rather than a legitimate Saiyan transformation. The fact that SSB Goku could last a while against it, despite only being on the level of Base Black, shows it's boost is far too low compared to other SSJ transformations.

Black said he's power can never reach as SSR so that mean it should be beyond than SSJB can produce at least in the moment.

Black was somewhat overrating it, since it was clearly shown SSB Goku could last for quite some time against him. He's indeed a good deal stronger than SSB Goku, just not to the extent that he describes himself based on the feats that are shown.
