Super vegeta's final flash vs power weighted cell

How do you think cell would've received the final flash had he actived his power weighted form for a moment instead of just using his regular perfect form?

I have Final Flash stronger, Cell would still die without regen but I guess he wouldn’t lose half his body.

Cell still gets hurt, but not enough to lose any body parts.
