Yeah I never understood that statement. If SSJ Gohan was enough to knock a full powered Tagoma on his ass in two blows then I don't understand how Tagoma can have power rivaling Gohan at his best. This was before Tagoma powered-up though so maybe Gohan was just making a really idiotic estimate.

According to Gohan, Tagoma is as powerful as him at his best, yet he gets downed by a headbutt from SSj Gotenks. Even though it was to the crotch, he still didn't manage to get out of the way in time. I'd say Super Boo one shots the stronger Tagoma-Ginyu.

Also, that would make First Form Freeza ridiculously powerful and I don't think Freeza would use his final form on Goku right off the bat when he knew Goku was only stronger than Majin Boo if he was that powerful in just his first form.

It is kind of difficult to place Tagoma-Ginyu near Ultimate Gohan level since he got his ass handed by SSJ Gohan. I put him in between Evil Boo and Ultimate Gohan. He clears the gauntlet with some difficulty against Boo and Gotenks.

Gohan is suppose to be really rusty so I can't see that being possible. Also, that would make First Form Freeza ridiculously powerful and I don't think Freeza would use his final form on Goku right off the bat when he knew Goku was only stronger than Majin Boo if he was that powerful in just his first form.

But Freeza did uses his final form against Goku right off the bat as he told him he wouldn't mske the same mistake he did on Namek. Freeza doesn't exactly know how strong Boo is. Only that his father warns him to stays away from Boo and Beerus. He only fought Beerus before, well rather piss him off then got his ass kicked by him.

He seemed to be unsure whether he can use Super-Saiyan or not. He also doesn't seem to be able to hold on to that for a long time. I think it can make sense, but I'm not sure.

It's called author's intent, that statement was intended to make Final Form Freeza a threat greater than Majin Boo but sadly due to Goku's god training his base alone surpasses that level of power. When was it ever stated he fought Beerus either? First Form Freeza is under SSJ Gotenks imo. Why else would the writers have Gotenks conveniently defuse before he can really fight?

Even Freeza is no match for the God of Destruction Beerus, no matter what he does! Since they both destroy stuff, they got along reasonably well, but one time Freeza had his clock cleaned when he got carried away and made Beerus angry.

To continued to not have him fight because the Z Warriors didn't wants him to gets involved. Despite themselves (minus Gohan) are all weaker than him amd none of them had any issue with him fighting Boo. The whole thing is just confusion imo.
