What I was saying is that Gotenks' very nature is as a comical character, therefore, refuting the feat in question, or any of Gotenks' feats for that matter, as simply being gag feats isn't a strong argument due to his nature.

Didn't Future Trunks imply Cell Games Gohan > Gohan (Super)? Based off that I can't see Tagoma being any stronger than Dabura.

Gohan doesn't exactly walk around at full power, hell his ki was nothing much to speak of until he powered up to fight Cell.

I am sure Trunks knows that, Trunks is a proficient ki sensor so I think he would be able to tell how strong Gohan would be at full power.

While that is kind of true, I think it's more to do with Gohan slacking off so badly that he lost the ability, just like how he lost the Elder Kai's power up. He almost killed himself just to power up into a SSJ.

Well until someone confirms he's weakened while fighting at FP I don't see that as definitive of much. Goku himself had no idea Trunks got so strong until they sparred, so suppressed powers don't mean much at this stage IMO.
