So why did Bra die before Pan despite having stronger Saiyan blood?

When was it stated Pan was the only one left?
The prologue to the GT TV Special states that "There is no one left from that time" other than Pan.

So why did Bra die before Pan despite having stronger Saiyan blood?
Toriyama has stated in interviews that the average Saiyan lifespan is no different from a human's and that they only maintain their youth for far longer. Even if Saiyans had a greater average lifespan, Pan honing her Ki for greater longevity whereas Bra did no training whatsoever is another factor to take into account.

Seems like AT flip-flopped on this matter similar to him flip-flopping on Tenshinhan and Lunch. Either way, this is more recent seeing as it came after Super was serialized, and it says:

"Their [natural] lifespan in itself is longer than humans’, but since they are a warrior race, many of them die in battle, and their average lifespan isn’t all that long."

If I were to try and make sense of them both, I would just rationalize it as Saiyans living longer due to only aging significantly after the age of 80, but not having significantly longer lifespans overall due to deaths by battle.

That is a possibility. The question is, would it extend to hybrids when they clearly age at different rates to full-blooded Saiyans (eg. Gohan not just going through the sudden growth spurt from kid to adult)?
Either way, this would only be a problem (and a minor one, at that) assuming everyone but Pan died of simply old age, seeing as how the Cell Arc made it pretty clear disease is still a factor no matter how great your Ki is.

Wouldn't Bra be more likely to get state of the art medical treatment though considering she's the daughter of the wealthiest family on Earth?

In regards to the aging process varying case by case for half-breeds, it's interesting to note that Gohan still inherited the Zenkai gene despite growing at a more Earthling rate, and that a much more partially Saiyan being like Cell could also receive Zenkais (albeit, you could argue that this was due to gene splicing to ensure that only beneficial genes were inherited). Also for what it's worth, Trunks doesn't seem to have aged at all between the death of future Cell (in which Trunks would've been in his early 20s) and the Future Trunks arc despite kid Future Trunks being a lot taller than DBS kid Trunks at the same age. Even Galu seems to have aged a little between the Saiyan/Freeza and Cell arcs, albeit this could be due to the artstyle becoming more macho as post-23rd events went on (but even then, Goku showed slight wrinkling around his mouth when declaring to Semi Cell that he'd kill him in a day and such).
