I have to give Tapion a little cred, for at least being able to survive major hits and track Hildergarn's movements. Usually I like to put him around low SSJ tier, maybe between SSJ Trunks and Yardrat Goku.

Probably stronger than Raditz level. Beyond that, couldn't give a damn either.

With some of these magic based characters I find it hard to figure out a strength for them anyway. Tapion has a sword, but his main weapon is a mystical ocarina, so yeah. I actually don't have a proplem with him being android arc Krillin-san or so, now that I think about it.

Maybe that's not the worst comparison.

He said the same thing about Reacoom, Butta and Jheese, despite them being oneshot material to him even without going all out.

On topic, I'd like to give Tapion some cred for survival feats, but since it's Toei, and Videl had ones just as good, I'd have to downplay them. At the very most, I'd place him above Base Trunks/Goten.

Goku at that point was just 2x Recoome.. It makes no sense cor him to call someone who is below Freeza incridnle at that point
