What is he and where did he come from? Would he have been worth recruiting for the Tournament of Power?

Is he stronger than Future Trunks? Current? No. Z? Probably.

Hell NO is he a viable teammate for the ToP. He is far too weak to do much of anything

I don't recall anything that suggested he was particularly strong.

Maybe he's stronger than Zarbon, at least? Who knows.

Stronger than Base Trunks (M13).

Goten and Trunks in M13 are more powerful than their Post-Rosat counterparts, since SSJ3 Gotenks (M13) surpassed Pre-Transformation Hirudegarn, who in turn defeated Ultimate Gohan.
