Is she related to Kuina?

What's her purpose in the series? What does she end up doing by the end?

I think her purpose is to remind Zoro of Kuina and maybe remind him of his goal at times. Idk, Zoro has seemed focused for the entire series so I doubt he needs a reminder. I don't see why else she would exist. She's a weakling.

Some think she could be Tashigi's sister.

Maybe she becomes the strongest marine swordsman (beats Kizaru? By the end is it doable?) with Zoro's help or encouragement, showing a woman can do it.

Or maybe she's just another link between the marines and SHs (Tashigi-Zoro, Coby-Luffy, Aokiji-Robin?), to help lead them to working together against the WG.

Was watching Gintama and Hijikata put his sword in his mouth while running and I thought he was gonna santoryu like his voice actor's other chara but he was just freeing up his hands.

Perhaps Tashigi is Kuina's half sister that she never met. In other words, perhaps she doesn't even know she's related to Kuina and maybe Kuina never knew about Tashigi.
