If Tenshinhan had appeared in Movie 7, he surely would have had the Shin Kikoho and could have killed Super # 13.

If in M9 Tenshinhan had thought it through, he could have killed even Super Boujack, considering that Tenshinhan was just above the power of Future Trunks Base, being that the latter was probably more powerful than in the CG. The Shin Kikoho multiplier, it is suggested, is much higher than the SSJ multiplier.

For Movie 7, it's possible if his Shin Kikoho was treat as powerful as in the manga, though it'd require him getting at an angle where he could hit #13 without killing anyone else.

For Movie 9, it's more unlikely as the plot is what determines amplification and multipliers and not the other way around. Moreover, the regular Kikoho was still slow enough that Trunks could dodge it in their match, so it's doubtful he'd be able to even hit Bojack with it; plus Bojack could always erect his barrier.

Chaozu's abilities couldn't even affect Nappa in the slightest and his best feat in Z's anime continuity was beating Gurd. It's doubtful Chaozu's abilities could even momentarily do something to someone of Ginyu's level, let alone Bojack.
