I have this:

Master Roshi Normal (DBS) = 5,000
Buff Roshi (DBS) = 20,000

Gine = 600. Maybe?

Jaco (Pre DB) = 500. Because the could defeat a Saiyan long as this was not an adult yet.

Jaco (DBS) = 10,000. Because he could defeat one stroke to each soldier individually Frieza. Possibly I train all those years.

Soldiers Freezer (RoF) = 5,000. Because I believe that all these trained a bit within these four months, due to the confidence of Frieza, to think that could kill Krillin, although Krilin in Arco Freezer, had at least one power of 200,000. Then I would think that every soldier had at least more than 1/50 of the power of Krilin (Freezer).

King Galactic = 20,000. After all, he was the most important character of the Galactic Patrol, therefore must be more powerful than Jaco (Current).

Does Muten Roshi really need to be that strong? I mean, his better feats are smashing around some of Freeza's minions, whose power level should be less than 1,500, no?

What's inconsistent is that the Freeza soldiers are stated to be weaker than the one's in the Namek Arc yet he is confident that they can beat Kuririn who he knew had a power of 1,500 back then.

I would think that the square root of 1.000 = 31.6 times stronger at most, should be Krilin (Arco Freezer) soldiers Frieza (FnF).

  Therefore, if each soldier has a power of 6,400. We multiply by 31.6. We would be 202,385.

  With this I would like to have every soldier Frieza 6,400.

I dont see why not. Surely in that movie he knew even suggested that Frieza (M12)> Super Bojack> Bojack> Zangya. M12, seems to have Gohan, with the potential Semi Unlocked. That's why Frieza Gohan defeat so easily.
