The RoSaT and Senzus

Why were these elements all completely absent in GT? If Galu had spent the remaining day he had left after using the RoSaT for roughly a grand total of a day in the 23rd and Cell arcs to train Oob, it would've explained Oob's insane gainz prior to fighting Baby somewhat (as well as Galu's own gainz). And not using Senzus felt like complete retardation when all it would've taken was for Galu to teleport to Karin's place as soon as the Evil Dragons showed up to prepare, even if you were to use the excuse that Baby took over the people of Earth and that they never had time to gather Senzus in the Super #17 arc.

What's especially disappointing is that the half-breeds all showed themselves to be capable of making great gains in a short time in the Rosat (particularly as Gotenks), so had they made use of the RoSaT after the Baby arc we could've seen other characters besides Galu and Vegeta be power relevant.

Weren't they using it in the first episode? It's possible that him and Oob already used it for training during the 5 year gap.

As for the half breeds, they should have used it. I still doubt they would have become anywhere near relevant considering SSJ4 became the new tier of power.

They used a room inside Kami's temple, but the background as well as Dende and Popo feeling the pressure from it make it clear it wasn't the Rosat.

The Rosat not being used in GT makes sense when GT never establishes Popo as fixing the door or that he has the capability to do so like in Super. As for the Senzu, that's a more questionable aspect, though I guess you could assume Senzu cultivation wasn't as steady for some unknown reason. It's later established that SS4 is so powerful Kibitoshin's healing wouldn't be able to restore Galu's Ki, so it could be assumed that Senzus aren't effective in healing those beyond a certain cap in Ki in GT's continuity.

Maybe Galu forgot to close the door

They could've just made Popo fix it and have Galu and Oob train in it. Either that, or have it be explained that the Namekian Dragon Balls wished back the door too. Would've made the Toei haxes and general retardation surrounding Galu's insane base power in early GT more tolerable.

Senzus being ineffective also sounds pretty stupid when three SSJ's in the Evil Dragons arc managed to restore Galu's power to beyond its maximum, so it's not like Galu's ki is limitless or anything. On top of this, Senzus could have been useful in healing others even if Galu and Vegeta were somehow beyond being healed by Senzus.
