Logically, it should be SSJ Gotenks or Initial Evil Boo when considering he should've been able to sense his from Otherworld. You could assume that it was easier to sense them effectively from the Kaioshinkai than it would be from Otherworld when considering the only reaction we saw in Otherworld was Kaio's, so the argument for it just being Fat Boo that was sensed would be fair.

Nope, for all we know that Gotenks could've killed Boo before Gohan turned into his mystic form.

Gohan would have no reason to complete the ritual if Boo were dead. Hell, you could even assume Shin never tried to use Katchin and the Z-Sword was never broken in this timeline.

That would purely depend on if Goku even sensed him properly. What applies for the Kaioshinkai may not necessarily apply for Otherworld and as Goku said himself, Boo's Ki is hard to read.

Vegeta and Goku are both dead, Gotenks clearly knows moves he only learned in the RoSaT, and Gohan still looks pre-Ultimate. That would place the movie after Goku and Fat Boo's fight but before Gohan finished the ritual. I believe Gotenks killed Boo in the RoSaT, thus Gohan didn't need to finish the ritual and the adults stayed dead.
