There were no zenkais?

I won't touch Early DB, since it's debatable whether Goku received
zenkais before Z.
After fighting Goku, Vegeta's PL raises to 19k or something,
because of the workout. On Namek, he encounters Cui. He
wins, but the fights renders him exhausted. He will need one
day or so to kill an animal, have a good meal and get a good
rest, to get back his power.
Meanwhile, Krillin/Gohan/Dende can roam freely around
Namek without suppressing their chi. Therefore, by the end
of the day, both Krillin and Gohan have got Guru's boost.
Also, they have collected two dragonballs, one from Guru and
one from the village Vegeta attacked in canon.
Dodoria/Zarbon/Appule do not find any dragonballs and return
to Freeza's spaceship. Freeza calls Ginyu Forces.
Next day, Vegeta sneaks into Freeza's spaceship and somehow
manages to steal the dragonballs. Then, he goes after the
two balls the good guys have. By this point, it's already been
one day since Gohan received Guru's boost, so his power is
at the hundreds of thousands, or at least considerably bigger
than Vegeta's. Gohan beats Vegeta and kills him, not being
in the same forgiving mood as his father was on Earth.
Z fighters collect the dragonballs Vegeta stole and, now that
they have all seven, find out about the code and make the
wishes.

Case 1: Freeza sees the dark sky, realizes they're about to
make the wishes, and blows up the planet

Everybody dies. Goku goes back to Earth, where he dies
of the heart virus 3 years later. Androids fuck up Earth
while Freeza's empire continues in space.

Case 2: Freeza does not notice anything and the wishes are
made.

Piccolo joins the group. When Ginyu Forces arrive, they
share the same fate as Vegeta, since neither Piccolo nor
Gohan are as forgiving as Goku to give Ginyu the time to
try anything.
Goku joins them. His PL is 15k and he can endure up to
5fold kaioken. They all head back to Earth. Freeza either
forgets about all that or he heads to Earth for revenge,
where he's killed by one of Gohan's enraged bursts before
he can transform.
Alternate Bulma warns them about Androids. 3 years later,
Goku is at his post Ginyu zenkai canon self and he can
transform into SSJ. Gohan surpasses him in base, but cannot
transform.
Gohan goes SSJ for the first time when Nineteen is about
to kill Sick SSJ Goku. After that point, it depends on your
PL estimations.

Case 2a: SSJ Gohan is not strong enough to beat Nineteen.
The end.

Case 2b: SSJ Gohan is strong enough to beat Nineteen.
Someone takes Goku to his house to give him the medicine.
Gero is chased to the lab. 17/18/16 are released. Z fighters
are defeated. Cell shows up. Goku recovers and goes to ROSAT
with Gohan. They exit sooner than in canon and defeat Cell.
7 years later, Dabura is defeated.

Vegeta beats Cui with extreme-diff and hides out throughout most of the arc. Gohan and Kuririn die from Dodoria's blast since Vegeta wouldn't stop it and it's only a matter of time before Vegeta dies, unless he decides to flee Namek immediately afterwards. When Goku arrives, he'd take things entirely seriously, kill all of Freeza's men and kill Freeza before he can transform with a Kaioken x10 Kamehameha. Assuming Freeza found out he needed to keep Saichoro alive, Goku would have enough time to make his three wishes, being to revive Piccolo, Chaozu and either Yamcha or Tenshinhan. The Earth Dragon Balls are then used to revive all of Freeza's victims, with the Namekian DBs reviving whichever of the dead fighters still needs to be revived.

With no Vegeta around, then either everyone dies due to there being no Future Trunks, of Future Gohan's far more cautious of his safety and takes his place. I'll assume the latter happens, so the Cell Arc still happens. The main difference is that Piccolo takes Vegeta's place in battling #19, though without fusing with Nail, he'd at best fight evenly with #19 and win once Gohan rushes in to help. The Zet-Senshi get stomped by #20 until Future Gohan shows up, by which point Gero would've taken enough energy to fight evenly with him. The Zet-Senshi make a tactical retreat whilst Gero decides to head back to his lab. Finding this out, the Zet-Senshi change plans and head there, only to get stomped by #17 and #18. Things go pretty similarly up until Piccolo VS #17, with Piccolo's lacking of Nail leaving #17 to gain enough of an advantage to kill him before Cell arrives. Since Vegeta isn't there to insist on using the Rosat, Goku and one of the Gohans go in first and proceed to kill Cell before he can absorb #18 or attempt to self-destruct. Also, Goku not going to Yardrat means no Shunkan Ido, so it takes about 12 days longer for Dende to be made Earth's Kami.
7 years later, Boo isn't revived since Goku would've continued to train and become about as strong as Pre-Majin Vegeta. Boo Arc essentially never happens, beyond the various character relations and pairings.

As for Super, Sorbet would be able to find Namek pretty easily and since the Namekian Dragon Balls could be used without the Namekian language in the Boo Arc, Freeza would be revived a couple of months after Babidi's death. With no way to escape him, everyone on Earth would be killed by Golden Freeza before Beerus wakes up, after which point he decides to Hakai Freeza. Eventually Universe 7 is erased by Zen-Oh.

1. Huh? Which blast?
2. Goku wouldn't have ended up so strong after the spaceship training without the zenkai abuse.

He was about to nuke the group of islands they were hiding in when frustrated by not being able to find the two, but Vegeta's surprise attack stopped him.
I still believe he'd gain a massive boost from the training. Not to the 90k extent, but given his gains from Kaio's, it's not out of the question for him to still gain some incredible power with 10x the intensity of that training, especially given Piccolo's Kaio gainz. Either that, or Freeza's inevitable victory happens much sooner.

Then they would need to train even harder

He did nuke the islands, but they dodged and Dodoria left, believing he had killed them. Vegeta has nothing to do with that.
