ToP Goku/Vegeta achieved SS4?

Say that in between the Future Trunks and Universe Survival Arcs, a Capsule Corp experiment goes wrong and emits enough Bruitz Waves to cause Goku and Vegeta to transform into Golden Oozaru. After Bulma's pleas have them regain their rationality, they transform into Super Saiyan 4s.

Assume that the GT Perfect Files statement of SS4 bringing a Saiyan's power to their natural limit is true and that Goku and Vegeta have their tails restored by Elder Kaioshin to use the form freely. How would this impact the ToP? Would it result in a far easier victory for Universe 7?

Assuming the stuff of it being beyond his limits is true, most likely.

Well then, it ends up being even worse than the Shadow Dragon arc in Goku Time. Vegeta will probably end up slightly ahead of his normal Blue form, so he gets raped by Gainz Toppo. Goku will probably become so powerful that he blows up the manga while Toriyama and Toyotaro are writing it, killing them both in action.

SS4 would actually end up weaker than UI since Goku surpassed his limits to gain that form. He'd end up being stronger than SSB KKx20 obviously but probably weaker than the Genki-Dama. He'd most likely just get beaten by Jiren the first time they fought so U7 is doomed to erasure.

Whilst I agree in regard to Goku's power, I don't see why Jiren would treat Goku any differently than in the main timeline if SS4 isn't going to end up leagues above KKX20.

In the OP I specified to assume the logic of SS4 taking a Saiyan's power to it's natural limit, so it would thereby be leagues above SSB and above KKX20 Blue at the very least.
