- Well, Organic Freeza is too low. 50% Freeza blocked KKX20 Goku's Kamehameha, and later fought almost evenly with SSJ Goku at his 100% until his stamina dropped.

- Mecha Freeza >~ Goku. Nothing contradicts this.

- Future Trunks and Yardrat Goku should be much higher.

- 19 and 20 should be in Yardrat Goku league, perhaps higher after absorbing ki.

- You have #16 90% of Imperfect Cell (More Humans) which is even more than Vegeta vs Base Zarbon and we all know they weren't rivals like 16 claimed he was to Cell.

- The gap between Semi Cell and #16 should be much larger.

- I would say ROSAT Piccolo was at least somewhat comparable to Vegeta/Trunks. In the front page of the chapter with the Cell Juniors attacking the Z-Fighters him, Vegeta and Trunks are the only ones shown to still be standing. Trunks also seemed a bit surprised when Goku said Piccolo would be useless against Cell.

- Trunks and Goten are of course far too low.

- SSJ3 Goku being multifold Fat Boo makes no sense with Boo putting up a good fight against Goku.

Semi Perfect Cell was able to tank a punch from Android 16, he barely flinched. The difference between these two fighters is rather large.

Muscle strength is not the same as Ki strength, they are completely different. Gohan also stated that he felt Kibito was someone he couldn't defeat in his normal form, he had to turn Super Saiyan.
