At equal powers, either of the Evil Dragons probably take this alone. Si's heat would counter their regeneration easily, especially if he has access to the asspulled post-revival dome that could've killed Yi, whereas San could easily freeze both of them at once. The only occasions in which their abilities were rendered inefficient where when they were at a power disadvantage.
