Whether Beers could easily defeat that has no relevance on how much stronger they were than before.

None of this changes the fact that both Super Saiyan 3 Goku and Kid Boo are trash by Super's standards. Their powers are irrelevant.

Goku Super Saiyan God has been revealed to be trash in comparison to Beerus. So arguing that Goku SSj3 is trash, doesn't mean anything now.

Goku stated that he's still excited to fight him. Goku only gets excited to fight against strong opponents not weaker ones, so your speculative conjecture goes against several interviews from Akira Toriyama and what we know of Goku's characteristic traits.

Goku wanted to see Oob's power for himself. That's it. Goku at full-power would definitely stomp Oob if he's only Kid Boo tier.

Goku wanted to fight Oob at 100% stamina before he recognized that he couldn't properly control his battle power. Once he realized he couldn't, he stopped the fight to train him until he could do so again. Because it's Boo reincarnated, there isn't a difference between the two and Goku still views Pure Boo as a challenge.

Piccolo has been implied to be stronger from Krillen. Piccolo doesn't say anything that suggests he thinks they are superior to himself.
